Students from Mr. Lovett’s Speech and Debate class at Judge Memorial Catholic High School read to (and with!) students in Ms. Moose’s kindergarten class and Mrs. Randall’s pre-kindergarten class at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School on Nov. 2. The Judge students were practicing the art of reading with expression and keeping their audience engaged. Many of the high school students were surprised when the kindergarteners began reading to them and they became the audience.

The 12 science fiction stories in "Infinite Space, Infinite God II" span the gamut of the genre, but have one twist in common: each features a Catholic hero or theme. The first anthology, "Infinite Space, Infinite God I" won the EPPIE for best science fiction and was a top 10 finalist for best science fiction in the Preditor and Editor polls. Karina Fabian is a past president of the Catholic Writer’s Guild, which awarded the book the Seal of Approval, signifying that it adheres to Catholic traditions and beliefs.
