SALT LAKE CITY — Andrew Diaz, 60, died June 14. Diaz was born Dec. 2, 1947, in Price. He was always helping others as a husband, father, coach, member of his church, or as a friend. He is survived by his wife Gladys; children, Stacy, Michael, Steve; grandchildren, Haleigh and Kayla; and brother, Tony (Anabelle) Diaz. A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. Committal was in Mount Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
