SALT LAKE CITY — Anna McKean, 90, died Dec. 16. McKean was born June 11, 1916, in Salt Lake City to William and Alice Roper. She married Kenneth McKean Jan. 26, 1935. He preceded her in death Aug. 1, 2000. She enjoyed many successful years selling real estate, but her pride and joy was her family. She is survived by her six children, Ken (Betty) McKean, Anchorage, Alaska, Robert (Sandy) McKean, Salt Lake City, Cathy (Roger) Brown, Idaho, Shirley (John) Durham, Salt Lake City, Marge (Jerry) Shepherd, Denver, Colo., Jan (Michael) Shea, Scottsdale, Ariz.; 16 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a brother, George Roper. A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Ambrose Church. Interment was in Mount Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
