March for Life — Prolifeutah.org will host the March for Life, which protests abortion, on Saturday, Jan. 20, beginning at 11 a.m. at Washington Square, 450 South 200 East, SLC. Rosary for Life — Sunday, Jan. 21, 2 p.m. at Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery, 275 U St., in front of the Monument for the Unborn. The Diocese of Salt Lake City sponsors this bilingual event. In case of inclement weather, the location will be inside the mausoleum.

Windrider Forum Opening Night — Monday, Jan. 22, 6:30-9 p.m. at the Park City Stake Center, 2300 Monitor Dr., Park City. Includes buffet dinner and screening of award-winning Windrider International Film Festival films, in conjunction with Sundance Film Festival. The forum is for film and/or theology students from Christian colleges and institutions. Free and open to the public.

Diocesan Prayer for Life — At the request of Bishop Oscar A. Solis, a diocesan-wide five-week Prayer for Life began Dec. 14 and will end with a Mass for the Unborn on Thursday, Jan. 18, 6 p.m. in the Cathedral of the Madeleine. Parishes, families and individuals are requested to pray for the end of abortion and for respect for the dignity of life.
