Life Chain — Sunday, Nov. 1, 1-2 p.m. at the intersection of 10600 South and State Street, Sandy. A silent prayer vigil to honor the unborn, sponsored by the Knights of Columbus. All religious denominations are welcome. Signs will be provided. No graphic or controversial signs or banners permitted. This peaceful, family-friendly event is designed to celebrate life in our community. Participants will stand along the sidewalk, socially distanced, wearing masks, and observing all required health protocols.

St. Joseph Schools Fundraiser — “Uncorked,” a virtual event to benefit St. Joseph Catholic Schools, will be Nov. 7. Dinner pickup: 3-6 p.m.; online auction 7-10 p.m. $65/per person. For information, contact Kim Miller, kimmiller@stjosephutah.com.

Eccles Organ Festival — Sunday, Nov. 8, 8 p.m. at the Cathedral of the Madeleine, 309 E. South Temple, SLC. Featuring Andrew Unsworth.

Project Rachel Mass — A Mass to celebrate the launch of Project Rachel, a diocesan post-abortion healing ministry, will be held Nov. 14 at 5 p.m. at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, 1975 South 2300 East, SLC.

Eccles Organ Festival — Friday, Nov. 20, 8 p.m. at the Cathedral of the Madeleine, 309 E. South Temple, SLC.

40 Days for Life — The annual 40 Days for Life anti-abortion campaign began Sept. 23 and will run through Nov. 1. Prayer vigils are planned outside the Planned Parenthood locations in Ogden and Salt Lake City. Diaper Drive — to benefit the Pregnancy Resource Center at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 3015 E. Creek Rd., Cottonwood Heights. Drop off after masses and in the office foyer. Hours: Monday-Thursday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.; Friday 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Volunteers Needed — at the Good Samaritan Program from 10 a.m. to noon daily. The program is located at the St. Vincent de Paul dining center, 437 West, 200 South, SLC. To sign up, text 801-793-5679.
