Farewell Celebration — Fr. Denis Reilly will celebrate his final Masses at St. John the Baptist Parish on Saturday, May 26 at 5 p.m. and Sunday, May 27 at 8:30 and 11 a.m. at the church, 11800 South 300 East, Draper. A simple reception will follow. All are welcome.

75th Parish Anniversary — for St. Olaf Parish, 276 East 1700 South, Bountiful. Sunday, May 27, the Mass will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m., followed by a parish potluck. At 6 p.m. there will be a concert featuring newly composed hymns by local composers. All are invited.

WYD Registration Deadline — May 31 is the registration deadline for the Diocese of Salt Lake City young adult pilgrimage for World Youth Day in Panama Jan. 21-28, 2019. The 8th Annual St. Mary Men’s Retreat — is open to all men in the Diocese of Salt Lake City.  The retreat, Aug. 10-12 in Bloomington, Idaho, will focus on the book “7 Secrets of Confession.” It will be bilingual English/Spanish. Assistive Listening Devices —Up to 20 percent of all people have some degree of hearing loss. The Commission for People with Disabilities assists parishes with the purchase of assistive listening devices so that everyone can hear and understand what is spoken at Mass.
