Farewell for Arlie Llenares — Sunday, June 10 at the 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Masses at the Cathedral of the Madeleine. Brunch will follow the 11 a.m. Mass. All are welcome to say farewell to Arlie, who has served the Cathedral parish for more than 25 years.

ACTS Women’s Retreat — June 21-June 24; beginning with check-in Thursday at 5:30 p.m. and ending Sunday with Mass at 11 a.m. Cost: $200; financial aid available. Registration deadline is May 31. St. Joseph High Annual BBQ — Saturday, June 23, beginning with a social hour at 6 p.m. at the school, 1790 Lake St., Ogden. Cost: $10 adults/$5 kids under 12 (cash or check only). Refreshments available. Sponsored by the High School Alumni Association.  

Victor Marquez Memorial Golf Tournament — to benefit Our Lady of Lourdes Parish (Magna). Saturday, June 23, 8 a.m. shotgun start at The Ridge Golf Club, 5055 S. Westridge Blvd., West Valley City. Summer Jubilee — St. Thomas More Parish’s Days of Yore festival will be Saturday, June 23, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. at the parish, 3015 E. Creek Road, Sandy. Live music, Teen Stomp, kids’ activities, fly-fishing instruction.

Solemnity of St. Mary Magdalene — the Patronal Feast Day for the Cathedral of the Madeleine and the Diocese of Salt Lake City, will be celebrated Sunday, July 22. The principal Mass will be celebrated at 6 p.m. at the cathedral, 309 E. South Temple. A parish dinner will follow.

Holy Day of Obligation — Wednesday, Aug. 15 for the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Check your parish for Mass times.
