Farewells for Archbishop Wester — Several opportunities have been scheduled for the wellwishers to greet Archbishop John C. Wester before he departs the Diocese of Salt Lake City for the Archdiocese of Santa Fe. The archbishop will celebrate Mass at the Cathedral of the Madeleine, 309 E. South Temple in Salt Lake City, on Sunday, May 24 at 3 p.m. in Spanish and on Sunday, May 31 at 11 a.m. in English. Receptions will follow both Masses. Also, on Sunday, May 31, a public reception will be held at the Little America Hotel, 500 S. Main St. in Salt Lake City, from 5 to 8 p.m.
