In the 2018 Utah Press Association Better Newspaper Contest, the “Intermountain Catholic” took three awards in Group III. Jean Hill received second place in Best Editorial, and Marie Mischel took third place in Best Feature Story and third place in Best Staff-produced Ad. They are shown with Bishop Oscar A. Solis, publisher of the “Intermountain Catholic.”
