On July 16, the Solemnity of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, Fr. Kenneth Vialpando, the diocesan vicar for clergy, presides at a special public Mass at the Carmelite chapel.

On July 16, the Solemnity of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, the nuns at the Carmelite monastery in Holladay commemorated the day with a special public celebration that began with the recitation of the rosary, which was followed by a Mass. Fr. Kenneth Vialpando, the diocesan vicar for clergy, presided.
