Frances A. “Pud” Galloway, 73, passed away on Nov. 2, 2017 at Mountain Ridge Assisted Living Center in South Ogden.

She was born on Jan. 10, 1944 in Mobile, Ala., a daughter of Francis R. “Bob” and Dorothy M. Farrell. Pud was raised in Springfield, Ohio, attending Catholic Central School before moving to Utah, where she graduated from Ogden High School and attended Utah State University.

Pud’s infectious smile, laugh and sense of humor will truly be missed. She was an avid reader and loved to entertain and socialize, swim and shop. She was also a member of Holy Family Parish.

Surviving are her son, Chris Galloway, and granddaughter, Amelia of Macon, Ga.; and daughter, Angie Galloway of Ogden. She was preceded in death by her sister Rosemary, and husband, Dennis J. Galloway.

A funeral Mass was celebrated Nov. 10 at Holy Family Catholic Church. Interment was at Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park.
