SANDY — Frances Leyba Tafoya Baca, 78, passed away Aug. 21, 2011.

Baca was born in Dinkyville, Utah to Frank and Carolina Leyba. She was married twice, to A. Ernie Baca and to Jose Orlando Tafoya.

Baca is survived by sons Orlando (Karen) Tafoya; Michael Tafoya; Robert Tafoya; daughters, Colleen (Edward) Rieger; JoAnn Radomski; grandchildren; great-grand-children; sisters; Margie (Jim) Perry; Theresa (Max) Stucki; sister in law, Thressa Romero.

Baca is preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Carolina Leyba; husband, Jose O. Tafoya; sons Baby Tafoya and Frank M. Tafoya; brother, Fredy Daniel and sister, Onnie Lopez.

A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church.
