Monsignor Colin F. Bircumshaw celebrates Mass at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish in Kearns on Oct. 9. The Vietnamese parish gave thanks for and honored Msgr. Bircumshaw as vicar general of the Diocese of Salt Lake City, a position he undertook on June 4.
