SALT LAKE CITY — As the class of 2007 at Judge Memorial Catholic High School gave Bishop John C. Wester a Utah welcome, they bid farewell to each other and to their principal James Hamburge. Due to family responsibilities, Hamburge will be leaving to return home to St. Paul, Minn. "I feel a little awkward to be standing here at your graduation, simply because I am so new to the Diocese of Salt Lake City," said Bishop Wester. "But it gives me the perspective of meeting this class and faculty for the first time. So instead of giving congratulatory remarks, I would rather give remarks of gratitude. "I would like to express gratitude to you graduates," he said. "I can tell instantly that you are an impressive group of young men and women. I was impressed by your demeanor and your attitude."
