SALT LAKE CITY — The mission of Kearns-St. Ann School, in partnership with parents, is to provide a quality Catholic education that nurtures a deep love of God, academic excellence, respect, responsibility, and Christian values.

Generations of students have received an education at Kearns-Saint Ann School that prepared them for leadership roles in our church and in our community, and that tradition continues today.

"The first time I entered the school, I immediately felt welcome," said Suzanne Rainwater, Home and School Association president and parent of a current 8th grade student.

"There is a special feeling of spirituality and respect that gre1ets you at the door. The faculty are not only educating our children’s minds but also showing and teaching compassion and caring. They feel this is not a job, but a ministry. I am very fortunate to have been a small part of Kearns-Saint Ann School, which helps guide our children toward their futures," said Rainwater.

The experienced faculty and staff, forty-three percent of whom have Master’s Degrees, provide a faith-filled, challenging, and consistent learning environment, which allows students the opportunity to develop to their full potential. The faculty is dedicated to their own continuing education and professional development in the field of education, as well as in the subjects they teach. They impart their love of learning to their students.

Kearns-Saint Ann School has many valuable resources to help our students achieve academic excellence. Our early intervention reading programs, learning center, homework club, and counseling programs are services that greatly benefit our students.

In addition, art, music, physical education, and computer specialists enhance the education of the whole child. Students are fortunate to have access to a fully renovated building complete with a computerized library cataloging system, a well-equipped computer lab, new textbooks, and interactive smart boards to aid in their acquisition of knowledge.

Graduates of Kearns-Saint Ann School leave with a solid educational foundation, an awareness of their individual talents and God-given potential, and a commitment to service.
