As part of the precautionary measures being taken to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, all church-related events in the Diocese of Salt Lake City have been canceled until April 1. Those that are listed, which take place after April 1, are contingent upon the state of the pandemic.
Penance Service — Wednesday, April 1, 6:30-8 p.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 1375 E. Spring Lane, SLC.
Fish Fry — Friday, April 3, 5-7 p.m. at the Saint Rose of Lima social center, 210 S Chapel St., Layton. Advance tickets $10/adult; $5/child 12 & under. 
Baked Potato Night — Friday, April 3, 5: 15 p.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 300 East 11800 South, Draper. Sponsored by the ladies association.
Movie “The Scarlet and the Black” — Monday, April 6, 7 p.m. in St. Vincent de Paul Parish’s Holy Family Hall, 1375 E. Spring Lane, SLC. All are welcome. 
Confessions —Tuesday, April 7, 2-3 p.m. at Notre Dame de Lourdes Catholic Church, 210 N. Carbon Ave., Price.
Good Friday Choral Meditation — Friday, April 10, 3 p.m. at the Cathedral of the Madeleine, 309 E. South Temple, SLC. The Choristers of the Madeleine Choir School will perform “Stabat Mater” by Giovanni Battista Pergolesi. Free, open to the public.
Lenten Adult Faith Formation — The Diocesan Office of Faith Formation recommends a free online course designed for adults interested in Christian art and the Bible. The McGrath Institute at the University of Notre Dame course will use the Saint John’s Bible to explore the prayer practices of lectio and visio divina.
