SALT LAKE CITY — Marianne Annette Steed, 82, died Aug. 16. Steed was born May 29, 1924, in Cokeville, Wyo., to John and Marianne Inchauspe Gastenaga. She was a most loving and giving person. She is survived by her eight children, Bert John (Wanda) Steed, Truth Anne Sagers, Jackie Steed, Cathy (Gordie) Soffel, Dee Jack (Caroline) Steed, Casey (Adrianne) Steed, Bill Steed, and Netty (Alan) Buhler; sister, Marie Teuscher; 20 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. Committal was in Elysian Burial Gardens. Donations may be made in Steed’s name to St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
