BOUNTIFUL — Maureen L. Van Leeuwen, 59, died Sept. 21. She was a member of St. Olaf Parish, Bountiful. Van Leeuwen was born Oct. 29, 1946, in Jersey City, N.J., to Bartley and Dorothy McCarrick. She married Douglas Dobson. They had three children, and later divorced. She married Keith Van Leeuwen in 1985. She brought love and friendship to all who knew her. She enjoyed spending time with her husband camping, hunting, and fishing. She is survived by her husband, Keith; children, Colleen (Steve) Patchin, Las Vegas, Carl Van Leeuwen, Doug Dobson, Jr., Sharyn (Steve) Weiser, Karen (Jon) Henderson; sister, Barbara (Bill) Lunz, Little Silver, N.J.; and three grandchildren, Athena, Hunter, and Haley. A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Olaf Catholic Church.
