May celebrations

During Saint John the Baptist Elementary School’s May 7 Mass, the students celebrated not only a May Crowning but also the renewal of vows of Holy Cross Sister Patricia Rodriguez, who has been teaching at the school this year. Other members of Congregation of the Sisters of the Holy Cross witnessed her renewal of vows.  Sr. Paty will declare her final vows in three months. Also recognized at the Mass were the second-graders who had received the Sacrament of First Holy Communion the previous Sunday.
