May Crowning

Saint Martin de Porres parishioners and Religious Education students held May Crowning celebrations on May 7 after the 10 a.m. and noon Masses. Fr. Jan Bednarz described the history of how the areas where the events took place used to have trees, but after the donation of two statues of the Blessed Virgin Mary, and the remove of a tree for insurance reasons, the parish dedicated the two areas to the blessed Virgin Mary.
