Father Omar Ontiveros, pastor of Saint Ann Parish, was sworn in as a citizen of the United States on Oct. 10. Fr. Ontiveros, a native of Sonora, Mexico, was ordained for the Diocese of Salt Lake City on May 16, 2006 by Archbishop George Niederauer of San Francisco, who was the eighth Bishop of Salt Lake City.
