Newman Center Enjoys Thanksgiving Dinner

The St. Jerome Catholic Newman Center at Utah State University celebrated Thanksgiving Nov. 12 with a dinner prepared by the women of St. Thomas Aquinas Parish. Afterward, the students were encouraged to take leftovers with them. Among those who joined the fellowship was a student from Bridgerland Applied Technology College in Logan. Students at the Newman Center have a monthly dinner, but the Thanksgiving meal is always special because students take more time to engage in table conversation, said Benedictine Sr. Marilyn Mark, the pastoral associate at St. Thomas Aquinas Parish who also is the Newman Center coordinator.
