JoAnn Seghini, a St. Therese of the Child Jesus parishioner who served five terms as mayor of the City of Midvale, as well as three terms on the City Council, is presented with an apostolic blessing from Pope Francis during a retirement party in her honor at the parish on Feb. 11. Fr. David Trujillo, pastor of Immaculate Conception Parish in Copperton, made the presentation.
