August 5, 1936 ~ December 13, 2017

Our angel mother passed away peacefully and tenderly on December 13, 2017 surrounded by her family. She was born on August 5, 1936 to Robert and Bertha Mae Farish in Spring Canyon, Utah. She married Danny M. Paiz on November 24, 1956. Together they had six children.

Pat loved her grandchildren; they were the center of her world. The legacy she leaves is “always family first.” She was a kind, gentle and loving person who was always willing to help. Pat was a long time member of the St. Francis Xavier Church. Her impact on our lives can never be replaced. Our world is a sadder place without our beautiful mother.

Mom, enjoy your beautiful eternal life with Dad and watch over us. Thank you for everything.

Pat is survived by her children, Joni, Wendy (Terry) Bogucki, Chuck (Cari), Steve, Danette (Greg) Salas, Andy (Sundina); her grandchildren, Karina, Travis, Brandon, Austin, Alex, Daniel, Arielle, Patrick, Cory, Mikell, Keeley, Autumn, Landon, Mckenna, and Gracie; her great-grandchildren, Julian, Malia, Kapri, Miiyah, Mason and Krissy; her sister, Judy (Fred) Halverson; her brother, Rob Farish; her sister-in-law’s, Lola (David) Keck, Bev Farish, Mary Lou Farish, Colleen Farish, and Ginny Farish, and Shirlean Paiz; and many nieces and nephews.

Pat was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Danny; her parents Robert and Bertha Mae Farish; her brothers Ernest, Jim, Richard, George, and Martin; her sister Bertha Mae and her husband Albert Blackburn; brother-in-laws Tony, Julian, Henry “Pee-Wee”, sister-in-laws Albina, Tillie, Maxine and Sally; and her son-in-law Ken Nielson.

A funeral Mass was celebrated December 16 at the Cathedral of the Madeleine. Interment followed at Memorial Redwood Cemetery.
