André Sicard, a seminarian for the diocese of Salt Lake City, is admitted to cadidacy for ordination by Monsignor Colin F. Bircumshaw, vicar general, during a rite celebrated Dec. 21 at the Cathedral of the Madeleine.

André Sicard, a seminarian for the diocese of Salt Lake City, is admitted to cadidacy for ordination by Monsignor Colin F. Bircumshaw, vicar general, during  a rite  celebrated Dec. 21 at the Cathedral of the Madeleine. Sicard is expected to be ordained a deacon next year.
