DRAPER — Teresa Korbis McLaughlin, 55, died Jan. 24, after a courageous fight with several types of cancer. McCaughlin was born Nov. 18, 1952, to George Korbis and Nellie Warner Korbis in Salt Lake City. She married Kevin McLaughlin in 1972. She was a person who loved to work and the challenges associated with it. Throughout her career, she worked for the U.S. Army and two aerospace companies, E-Systems and Parker, where she was a program manager and a product line manager. She had many hobbies and interests, and loved spending time with family and friends. She was the ultimate hostess, and every acquaintance was an immediate friend. She is survived by her husband, Kevin; parents; sisters, Brenda Hansen (Larry) and Penny (Rainaldi) Paul; brother, Kris (Marcia); nieces, Kali Korbis and Atalea Rainaldi; and nephew, Anthony Rainaldi. A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.
