During the past few weeks, diocesan representatives and V Encuentro (Fifth Encounter) delegates presented the final session of the program at various parishes throughout Utah. On Nov. 18, Bishop Oscar A. Solis will celebrate the incorporation of the V Encuentro process in the Diocese of Salt Lake City.
