Salt Lake City’s Congregation Kol Ami synagogue held an Oct. 30 candlelight vigil to commemorate victims of the shooting at the Oct. 27 Tree of Life synagogue in Pittsburgh allegedly by a man who shouted anti-Semitic slurs. Among the hundreds gathered were (from right) Father John Evans, pastor of St. Thomas More Parish, representing the Catholic Diocese of Salt Lake City; Randy D. Funk, a member of the Quorum of the Seventy of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints; and Imam Amir Salihovic of the Islamic Bosnian Mosque.
