SALT LAKE CITY — Wayne P. Salaz, 45, died Oct. 28. Salaz was born May 3, 1961, to Anselmo and Darlene Martinez Salaz in Salt Lake City. He is survived by his father; sister, Dana Lopez; brother, Michael; stepchildren, Kelly Gallegos, Lacey Sandoval; two grandchildren, Gabriel, Isaac; two nephews; and one niece. A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Patrick Catholic Church. Committal was in Larkin Sunset Gardens.
