En junio del 2007 estuvimos muy, pero muy cerca de alcanzar esta meta alusiva, pero desde entonces nuestro gobierno federal no ha actuado sobre este problema. Sin embargo, ahora, los vientos políticos cambian una vez más y la reforma migratoria parece ser estar al alcance.
