SALT LAKE CITY — Since its formation 28 years ago, the Catholic Foundation of Utah (CFU) has seen the creation of 282 endowments that support individual parishes, Catholic schools, formation for seminarians and priests, and many other needs in the Diocese of Salt Lake City. In total, the foundation has more than $25 million in assets; this money is invested and the interest distributed to beneficiaries.

Saint Joseph Elementary School Hosts Monster Math Night

OGDEN — Saint Joseph Elementary School hosted a Monster Math Night on Oct. 11. Families gathered to have a fun math evening with a variety of Halloween-themed math activities for all ages from preschool to eighth grade. Each grade hosted its own math activity, from playing counting games to playing GHOST, a game about probability and decision making with dice.
