Our beloved Amanda was called home on Aug. 30, 2017. She was born on Sept. 9, 1977, to Anulfo Beshinee Rios and Rebecca Rios.
She is survived by her three children: Stephanie Rios, Gordo (Tanya) Alama and Brandon Alama; her fiance, Daniel Rodriguez; and her three beautiful grandchildren, whom she loved with all her heart. She is also survived by her mother, brother and tons of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Beshinee.
Amanda was a beautiful, bright person. She met the love of her life four years ago, and in that short time, he made her the happiest she’d ever been. Anyone who knew her will tell you what a beautiful person she was. She would fill the room with her amazingly contagious laugh, and you could always count on her having a huge smile on her face. She loved to turn on some music and dance the night away.
She will be missed dearly.

A funeral Mass was celebrated Sept. 12 at St. James the Just Catholic Church.
