Fall Basketball Clinic — Oct. 10 – 12 for boys and girls grades K-5 at the J.E. Cosgriff gym, 2335 E. Renondo Ave., SLC. K-2nd grade will run from 3:45 p.m. to 5 p.m. each day and 3rd-5th grade will run from 5:15 to 6:30 p.m. each day. The cost is $75 per player. Diocesan Music Workshop — Saturday, Oct. 8 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at Saint Ambrose Parish, 1975 South 2300 East, SLC. The workshop will cover the changes to the revised missal, how to teach new music to your congregation, the opportunity to sing through and discuss new and revised settings. Cost is $7. The Hope Benefit — for the St. Joseph Villa Foundation for Charity Care. Tuesday, Oct. 11, at the Little America Hotel, 500 S. Main St., SLC. Oktoberfest — Saturday, Oct. 22, 2011 6:30-11 p.m. St. Mary of the Assumption Parish Center, 1505 W. White Pine Canyon Road in Park City. German-style dinner and beverages, dancing to the Annalee Trio and Silent Auction. Cost is $40 per person/$75 per couple (adults only.)
