School Tour — The Madeleine Choir School, 205 1st Ave., SLC, will host a drop-in tour on Thursday, Sept. 24, 1–3 p.m. No appointment necessary. Octoberfest — at Notre Dame de Lourdes Parish, Sept. 25-26, noon-11 p.m. each day at the Hope Center, 185 N. Carbon Ave., Price. Judge Memorial Homecoming — Judge Memorial-St. Mary of the Wasatch alums are invited to a pre-game, alumni-only event followed by a 7 p.m. kickoff as Judge Memorial hosts Park City. During half-time, five state championship teams will be recognized: 1990 boys’ cross country, 1980 boys’ basketball, 1975 girls’ tennis, 1970 football and 1970 boys’ tennis team. Western Celebration — Friday, Sept. 25, 6-8 p.m. at San Andres Parish, 315 East 100 North, Payson. JD Shepherd Band will provide the music for the adult-only country dance 8 p.m.-midnight. Baby Shower — The St. George Catholic Church Women’s Group will host a “Spirit of Giving” event Sunday, Sept. 27, 2:30 p.m. in Kuzy Hall, 259 West 200 North, St. George, to showcase the donations of baby items, gift cards and cash for the St. George Hope Pregnancy Care Center. Tami Campbell, the center’s director, will give a brief presentation. Refreshments will follow.

Bulldog Boogie — Judge Memorial Catholic High School’s annual halftime extravaganza features aspiring dancers, 5 years or older, from all over the Salt Lake Valley. During the clinic, Judge dancers serve as choreographers and coaches. Registration is due by Sept. 25.  Performance will be at halftime of the Oct. 2 Judge home football game.
