Msgr. Servatius’ 50th Anniversary — An anniversary Mass to honor Msgr. Robert Servatius’ 50th anniversary of ordination to the priesthood will be celebrated Friday, May 23, 7 p.m. at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 9757 South 1700 East, Sandy. All are invited to a reception following the Mass. Our Lady of Chapi Procession — Sunday, May 25, 1:30 p.m. at Saint Therese of the Child Jesus Catholic Church, 624 West Lennox St, Midvale. Mass will be presided by Father Joseph Frez, and concelebrated by Father Arioka Dass in honor of the feasts of Our Lady of Chapi and Our Lady of Evangelization. A reception will  follow, with a tribute to Our Lady, Peruvian dances and more.

 

Special Olympics Fundraiser Dinner — Saturday, May 31, 6:30 p.m. at Diamond Lil’s, 1528 W. North Temple, SLC. Sponsored by Knights of Columbus Padre Pio Assembly 2636. Entertainment by Walt Gregory.
