Presentation at Saint Joseph the Worker Parish - Wednesday April 6, at 7 p.m., Palestinian author/professor Mazin Qumsiyeh, also a teacher and researcher at Bethlehem and Birzeit universities in occupied Palestine, will speak at St. Joseph the Worker Parish, 7405 S. Redwood Road, West Jordan. Professor Qumsiyeh previously served on the faculties of Duke and Yale universities in molecular and cyto-genetics. His latest book "Popular Resistance in Palestine-a history of Hope and Empowerment" will be available at the talk.

Saint Mary Teen Ministry Spaghetti Dinner - Saturday, April 9, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. in the Saint Joseph Catholic High School Black Box Theater, 1790 Lake St., Ogden. Tickets are $6 for adults and $3 for children. Proceeds will support the Steubenville San Diego Catholic Youth Conference.

Judge Memorial Africa Outreach Club fundraiser - The public is invited to a screening of the documentary "Streetball" Saturday, April 9, at 6:30 p.m. Judge Memorial Catholic High School auditorium, 650 South 1100 East, Salt Lake City. Proceeds will benefit the Judge Memorial service project in Capetown, South Africa this summer.

Spring Basketball Clinics - April 18-20 at J.E. Cosgriff Catholic School, 2335 Redondo Ave., Salt Lake City. Youth Ministry - The Office of Youth Ministry and the Office of Hispanic Ministries will host a Mass for the youth of the diocese at 5 p.m. on Sunday, May 1, at Saint Ann Parish, 450 East 2100 South in Salt Lake City. Breakfast - April 10. The Knights of Columbus at Saint Rose of Lima Parish will sponsor a breakfast after the 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Masses. All proceeds will go to the Pregnancy Care Center.
