St. Cecilia’s Day Concert — opens the Madeleine Choir School and Chamber Orchestra’s 22nd season Nov. 13 at 8 p.m. in the Cathedral of the Madeleine, 309 E. South Temple, SLC. The concert, which is free and open to the public, will feature three works from the year 1815: Beethoven’s Meeresstille und glückliche Fahrt, Op. 112, Franz Schubert’s Magnificat in C Major, D. 486 and Luigi Cherubini’s Requiem in C Minor. American Festival Chorus and Orchestra — with the Cathedral of the Madeleine Choir School and others, Friday, Nov. 11, at 8 p.m. at the Cathedral of the Madeleine, 309 E. South Temple, SLC and Saturday, Nov. 12, at 7:30 p.m. at the Ellen Eccles Theatre, 43 South Main, Logan. They will perform the Benjamin Britten War Requiem, Opus 66. 7th Annual Big Night Out— Saturday, Nov. 12, from 6:30 p.m. to midnight at Saint Vincent de Paul Parish’s Holy Family Hall, 1375 East Spring Lane, SLC. Dinner, games, music, drawing and auction. Sponsored by the Knights of Columbus. Tickets are $30 per person or $55 per couple and must be 21 years old. Tickets can be purchased from any St. Vincent de Paul Knight or the parish office.

Holy Hour — Wednesdays from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. immediately after daily 9 a.m. Mass at Saint Patrick Catholic Church in the Bishop Glass chapel, 1058 West 400 South, SLC. We will begin with morning prayer, and the rosary and continue with silent adoration and conclude with Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament.

Uncorked - "Toast to the Coast" — Saturday, Nov. 12, hosted by Saint Joseph Catholic Schools at the Ogden Golf and Country Club. There will be silent auction items and fun raffles.
