St. Cecilia’s Day Concert — opens the Madeleine Choir School and Chamber Orchestra’s 22nd season Nov. 13 at 8 p.m. in the Cathedral of the Madeleine, 309 E. South Temple, SLC. The concert, which is free and open to the public, will feature three works from the year 1815: Beethoven’s Meeresstille und glückliche Fahrt, Op. 112, Franz Schubert’s Magnificat in C Major, D. 486 and Luigi Cherubini’s Requiem in C Minor. 7th Annual Big Night Out— Saturday, Nov. 12, from 6:30 p.m. to midnight at Saint Vincent de Paul Parish’s Holy Family Hall, 1375 East Spring Lane, SLC. Dinner, games, music, drawing and auction.
