Festa Italiana — Italian street festival sponsored by the Italian-American Civic League of Utah. Scout Religious Emblems — Now is the time for all Catholic scouts (Girl, Cub, Boy and Venturers) to begin work on their respective religious emblems. Awarding of emblems is tentatively scheduled on Scout Saturday, Feb. 9, at the Cathedral of the Madeleine with Bishop Oscar A. Solis presiding.
