Festival of Faith — June 20-22 at Saint Martin de Porres Catholic Church, 4914 South 2200 West, Taylorsville. Friday, June 20: Mexican dinner, 6-8 p.m., followed by dancing with live music. Fortnight for Freedom — June 21 to July 4. The theme of this year’s Fortnight will focus on the freedom to serve the poor and vulnerable in accord with human dignity and the Church’s teaching. Catholic Deaf Community Retreat — June 21-22; Saturday, 9:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. at Saint Vincent de Paul Benvenu Center, 1375 Spring Lane, Holladay. Led by Fr. Michael Depcik, Oblate of St. Francis de Sales and pastor at St. John’s Deaf Center in the Archdiocese of Detroit. Sunday, Mass will be at 11:30 a.m., followed by community picnic.
