Deacon Joaquin Mixco and Susan Dillon, members of the Diocese of Salt Lake City Jail Ministry, celebrated Ash Wednesday with more 320 inmates and staff at the Salt Lake Adult Detention Complex and the Oxbow Jail. During services at both facilities, they started with a short prayer and then distributed ashes.
