Bobbie I. Phillips

SALT LAKE CITY — Bobbie I. Phillips, 84, died July 24, 2011.

Phillips was born on Nov. 4, 1926 in Salt Lake City, and was raised by her adoptive parents, Isabelle and William Einfeldt.

In October 1941 she married Robert Phillips. One of her most memorable experiences was attending a small, private Mass with Pope John Paul II on a cruise. Phillips was a member of the Saint Thomas More Parish family and was very active in parish activities.

Phillips is survived by three children and their spouses: Bill and Carol Phillips; Chris Phillips and Jim; and Cathy Adams, and her grandchildren.

A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Thomas More Catholic Church.
