Benedictine Sr. Stephanie Mongeon's two Bundt cakes were auctioned off at the April Dream Builder's Breakfast. They went for more than $1,000 apiece. The breakfast is a fundraiser for Catholic Community Services of Northern Utah, and also honors those who help support CCS' mission. Recognized were OWATC Youth Build, Walmart, David James and Yvonne Coiner. The Intermountain Catholic will have full coverage in the April 24 issue.
