SALT LAKE CITY — Christopher Roy Gallegos, 34, died Feb. 5, 2011. Gallegos was born in Salt Lake City on April 25, 1976, a birthday he shared with his mom, grandpa, and niece. He loved baseball, whether playing, coaching his cubbies, or cheering on his New York Yankees. He also loved U of U football. His greatest love was being with his family especially his son. He was a friend to many. He is survived by his parents, Manuel and Marilyn; his sons, Christopher, Jr. and Anthony; siblings, Mike (Nancy), Marty (Kristy), and Lori (Brad); and nieces and nephews, Nic, Morgan, Jordan, Reyna, Joshua, Tawni, Alix and Kaila. A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Patrick Catholic Church. Committal was in Mount Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
