SALT LAKE CITY — Clara L. Gomez, 99, passed away July 20, 2012.

Gomez was born in Italy, Texas, Aug. 12, 1912. She married Frank B. Gomez July 27, 1927.

Gomez is survived by Mary Lou (Val) Murillo, Uvaldo Aguilar (son-in-law), Marcia (Vincent) DeOllos, Cecil (Mary) Gomez, Juanita Rodriquez, Linda (Francisco) Perez, John (Sylvia) Perez; grandchildren; great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Gomez was preceded in death by her husband, son Ralph Gomez, daughters Mary Castro and Teresa Aguilar and Gene Rodriquez, a son-in-law.

A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
