roosevelt — Connie Wilson Shearwood, 59, died Feb. 23, 2014. Shearwood was born Aug. 24, 1954, in Pocatello, Idaho, to Harry Lloyd and Ann Marie Arko Wilson. She married Keith LeRoy Shearwood on Oct. 6, 1973, in Saint James the Just Catholic Church. As a member of Saint Helen Parish, she served on the parish council and the Council of Catholic Women. She also served as a Eucharistic minister, a lector and a religious education teacher. In 1997, she was named St. Helen’s Woman of the Year, and was honored by the Most Rev. George Niederauer. Shearwood is survived by husband LeRoy Shearwood; daughters Vanessa (Geoff) Liesik and Stacy Womack; son K.C. (Kirby) Shearwood; mother Ann Wilson; brothers Scott (Sue) Wilson and Mike Wilson; sister Sharilee Code; nine grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Harry Lloyd Wilson; sister, Susanne Wilson Christiansen; brother-in-law, Dale Leroy Code; and son-in-law, Gordon Adam Womack. A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Helen Catholic Church.
