SALT LAKE CITY — Cynthia Ortega Zaragoza, 50, died June 11. Zaragoza was born July 29, 1957, to Tony Manuel and Olivia Esther Benevidez Ortega in Salt Lake City. She loved the outdoors, camping, and taking care of children. She was a wonderful mother and was loved by all who knew her. She is survived by her husband, Martin; parents; children, Michael, Michelle, Rueben, and Melissa; 13 grandchildren; two brothers, two sisters; numerous nieces and nephews; and the Ortega and Zaragoza families. A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Patrick Church.
