SALT LAKE CITY/Helper — Debbie Ann Paiz, 53, passed away May 9, 2013 at the University of Utah Hospital, after a long illness. Paiz was born Feb. 4, 1960 in Price to Maxine Pacheco and Julian Paiz. She was a member of the Catholic Church. Paiz is survived by son Chad (Stephanie) Paiz, daughter Whitney Paiz, two grandchildren, sister Cathy Paiz; brothers Julian, Jr. (Erin) Paiz and Michael Paiz, and several nieces and nephews. Paiz was preceded in death by her mother, father and sister-in-law Sondi Paiz. Interment will be at the Price City Cemetery.
