David F. Matyjasik, Special Olympics coordinator for the Utah Knights of Columbus, stands with Special Olympian Donna Gunn at the Village Inn in Taylorsville, which hosted a Dine to Donate event on Feb. 29. Despite the inclement weather, the event raised almost $300 for Special Olympics. Over the past six years the Knights have raised more than $32,000 for Special Olympics; last year, they supported 25 athletes.
