Diocesan Pastoral Council Discusses Pastoral Plan

Members of the Diocesan Pastoral Council, an advisory council to the bishop, gather with Bishop Oscar A. Solis for an ice-breaking exercise during their two-day retreat, which was held Oct. 18-19 at the Pastoral Center. The retreat was led by Laura Lopez, a certified catechist, International Catholic Stewardship Conference speaker, and director of the Office of Pastoral Planning for the Diocese of San Bernardino, Calif. The retreat focused on ways to implement the Diocese of Salt Lake City’s Pastoral Plan, which Bishop Solis introduced in September 2018.
