Francis A. 'Bud' Crowley

SALT LAKE CITY — Francis A. "Bud" Crowley, 87, passed away May 18, 2012.

Crowley was born on Jan. 19, 1925, in Butte, Mont. to Josephine Christman and Joseph Crowley. He enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps and served in the Pacific during World War II. In 1947, he married Alyce Donovan in Butte, Mont.

Crowley is survived by daughters Terry (Neil) Stack, Kathy Hamby, Maureen (Doug) Woodley; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; his brother and sister-in-law Joe and Peggy Crowley and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Alyce and sister Betty Patrick.

A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Thomas More Catholic Church.
